All sales are final. While everything here at The Silver Goose is made to withstand time, they are fragile and must be treated as so. A tracking number will be provided to you with your order, as will package protection. The Silver Goose is not responsible for any damage that happens after you have received your pieces. If anything is damaged upon arrival, please fill out your contact information and send photo proof to my email immediately. We will discuss options, but you are not guaranteed a repair/replacement.
